Do you work with residential clients?
Yes. While we maintain commercial installations, a significant portion of our work is with residential clients who want expert care for their personal collections.
Can you help identify plants I already own?
Absolutely. Species identification is included in our consultation service, and we can provide care guidance specific to what you already have.
What if my plants are in really bad shape?
That's what our emergency intervention service addresses. We'll assess whether recovery is possible and provide treatment options.
Do I need ongoing maintenance or can I just get a consultation?
Either works. Many clients start with a consultation to learn proper care, while others prefer ongoing maintenance. We adapt to what makes sense for your situation.
How far in advance should I book?
For routine services, 1-2 weeks is typical. Emergency interventions are prioritized within 48 hours. Installation projects require 2-4 weeks depending on complexity.
